The Believe Foundation participated in a 3-day Project Design and Management and Training of Trainers workshop delivered by Peace Corps Georgia with more than 30 participants from across the CSO sector in Georgia.
The goal of the workshop was that volunteers and Project Counterparts have opportunities to develop a shared understanding of concepts, strategies, and skills for project design and management, and its implementation in their communities. The sessions included PACA Tools, Gender Analysis, Priority Matrix, Teambuilding Activities, Steps on Project Planning, Small Grants Program etc.
Believe Foundation, in coordination with their Peace Corps Volunteer, is utilizing this opportunity to design new and innovative projects to bring back to the Poti Community. We are always learning new ways to support our community. Be sure to follow our projects throughout this next year to see how we’ve applied our new knowledge!
